How to Use a Promotional Code

We offer customers a number of different promotional incentives. Some will be in the form of a percentage discount, while others will be a ‘bundle’ saving. A bundle simply refers to a multi-item purchase. For example: any four shirts for £100. Services such as sleeve alteration, monogramming and engraving are not included within a product discount unless specifically stated. Clearance items are not included in a promotional code unless specifically stated, nor are made-to-measure shirts.

FREE GIFT PROMOTIONS

Some promotions may include free gifts. For example, you may be able to buy a suit and receive a shirt and tie for free. In this instance, select the relevant products, add them to your basket and proceed to checkout. When you come to the basket page, the items you have ordered will be listed. Beneath these on the right hand side of the page – and within a grey box – you will see the wording ‘APPLY AN OFFER OR PROMOTION CODE’. Please enter your promotion code into this box. The offer you applied will be confirmed and the discount will be shown

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON PROMOTIONAL CODES

This website will only accept one promotional code per order. Promotional codes will often have a time limit. If the time limit has expired, the website will not accept the code.

Our shirt multi-buy offer is applicable to all shirts except made-to-measure shirts.

EXCLUSIONS FROM PROMOTIONAL CODES

There are 3 categories where a universal promotional code may not be applied. These include Made to Measure shirts, the Reduced to Clear items in Clearance and the 'offers' page when there is a specific promotion running.
