Three generations on Savile Row

Gerry Doltis founded the company as a London tailor in 1938. His family still runs it, from our store at 40 Savile Row and our workshop in Northern Ireland.

What’s the minimum order?

10 items. Below that, our standard site and gift guides are the quickest route.

How does ordering work?

Send us an enquiry and our team will be in touch to finalise the details. We then send you a draft order to review. Once you’re happy, pay online and we’ll prepare your gifts.

What does the discount cover?

Full-price products only. It doesn’t apply to sale items, or to monogramming, engraving or embossing, which are charged at our standard prices.

Can I mix different gifts in one order?

Yes. The discount is based on the total number of full-price items in your order.

How quickly can you deliver?

Most orders leave us within [5] working days of payment. Monogrammed orders take [7–10] working days. For Christmas, order monogrammed gifts by 1 December and everything else by 8 December.

Can you send gifts to each recipient individually?

Corporate orders are delivered in one shipment to a single address, ready for you to hand out.

Can you add our logo?

We don’t print logos on products. Personalising each gift with the recipient’s initials is the better route.

How do we pay?

Payment is taken in full, securely online, when you accept your draft order.

What if something doesn’t fit or isn’t right?

Every gift carries our six-month no-quibble guarantee. Unpersonalised items can be exchanged for size.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, worldwide by DHL. We’ll include delivery in your draft order.
