Changes to EU Customs Charges for E-Commerce Parcels:

There are some changes to customs charges for e-commerce parcels valued under €150 entering the EU, which may affect deliveries to certain countries.

• Romania: From 1 January 2026, a logistics fee of RON 25 (approximately £4.35) applies to parcels sent from outside the EU valued under €150.
• Italy: From 1 January 2026, a €2 customs administration fee (approximately £1.73) applies to parcels sent from outside the EU valued under €150.
• EU-wide: From 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to e-commerce parcels valued under €150 entering the EU.
  Undelivered parcels are not subject to this charge.

What this means for your order:
Our orders are shipped from Northern Ireland, which means they may not be affected by these charges. However please note that these are mandatory government fees and are outside of our control.

UK Orders

Stock permitting, United Kingdom standard orders will be delivered within three working days. If alterations are to be made, please allow four working days. Alongside this, we also offer a Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service, please allow for 1-2 working days for this. We also offer UK next working day delivery, however personalisation may have an impact on this timeframe.

We do our best to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, but please be aware that our factory is closed at the weekends. During very busy periods or bank holidays, your order may take a little longer.

International Orders

All international orders may be subject to customs duties which customers are responsible for paying.  These are set by the destination country and unfortunately beyond our control. Because duty rates vary widely by country, we’re not able to estimate them in advance. We always recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to avoid surprises. Your local delivery carrier or customs office will contact you with details of this charge and how to pay.

We do our best to ensure that international orders arrive within 7-10 working days (depending on destination) from dispatch. We are experiencing some delays for international orders due to lack of availability of flights. Please allow an extra day if a garment requires monogramming or alteration.

International online fraud is a concern for us and our customers. As such, all orders are security checked.

Our goods normally arrive within the specified delivery time frame, however from time to time problems may occur.
