An easy-iron finish helps make it more straightforward to care for, while the classic white cloth provides a versatile foundation for business suits and traditional tailoring. The defining feature is the tab collar, a distinctive style with a long history in British menswear. Fastened beneath the tie knot, the tab draws the collar points together and lifts the knot slightly away from the shirt, creating a neat, defined shape that gives a tie greater prominence. An integral, removable collar stay helps keep the collar in place, while the gently tapered slim fit creates a closer silhouette beneath a jacket without being excessively tight.
