Our No Quibble Guarantee

We have confidence in the quality of our products, so that’s why we were the first to offer a no quibble guarantee. Others may have followed, but we believe imitation is the highest form of flattery.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it using our returns label (UK customers only) within 6 months—there is a £3 handling charge per return which will be deducted from your refund. We promise to exchange the item or give you a refund—no fuss, no quibble.  This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Please check our returns policy for exemptions to this.

Some exceptions to our No Quibble Guarantee:

We would kindly ask that you try on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any scuffing to the soles. We hope you understand that for hygiene reasons, worn underwear and facemasks are non-returnable unless faulty.

Please note: we cannot accept the return or exchange of goods that have been altered (including pockets added, button thread changed, sleeves shortened), monogrammed, engraved or tapered. Nor can we accept the return or exchange of home or body fragrance items. Items can be returned or exchanged if faulty.  If you have worn your item(s), please wash them before returning.

We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing our no quibble guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.
