We offer a 6 month no quibble guarantee.
UK RETURNS
We operate a hassle-free returns policy. You can return your item with Royal Mail. There is a £3 handling charge per return which will be deducted from your refund. Every UK order received will include a Royal Mail returns label. You can also create one on the Royal Mail website.

If you have your returns label sent in your parcel follow this link
You will need to enter a tracking number which can be found immediately under the barcode – enter all the numbers between the hashtags and omit any spaces
If you no longer have your returns label follow this link to generate a new label

As returned goods that are damaged or lost in the post will not be credited, please obtain a certificate of posting. For high value returns, we recommend you obtain appropriate insurance cover.
Although we offer a No Quibble Guarantee, we would kindly ask that you try on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any scuffing to the soles. We hope you understand that for hygiene reasons, underwear and facemasks are non-returnable unless faulty.
Customer Exchanges
Exchanges are temporarily unavailable, therefore please return your item for a refund and place a new order for any alternative items. On your return paperwork, you should state that you have placed a new order and provide the new order number. This will avoid the £3 handling charge.
Please note: we cannot accept the return of goods that have been altered (including button thread changed and sleeves shortened), monogrammed, embossed, engraved or tapered. Nor can we accept the return of home or body fragrance items. Items can be returned if faulty.

How Long Do Returns Take?
We ask that you please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear back in your account. International returns may take a little longer. If you do not see it after this time then contact us and we will investigate. Always keep note of your tracking number. This is your proof of return and without this we will not be able to refund your return if the parcel should go missing in transit.
Klarna Returns
Please follow our normal returns method; you do not need to Report a Return with Klarna. Once we’ve processed your return, we’ll let Klarna know. Klarna will adjust your outstanding invoice within 24 hours after that. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of returning, please contact us and we'll resolve any issues quickly.
