We offer a 6 month no quibble guarantee.

UK RETURNS

We operate a hassle-free returns policy. You can return your item with Royal Mail. There is a £3 handling charge per return which will be deducted from your refund. Every UK order received will include a Royal Mail returns label. You can also create one on the Royal Mail website.

Should you wish to use the royal mail collection service to return your parcel, please use one of the following links to arrange this:

If you have your returns label sent in your parcel follow this link

You will need to enter a tracking number which can be found immediately under the barcode – enter all the numbers between the hashtags and omit any spaces

If you no longer have your returns label follow this link to generate a new label

As returned goods that are damaged or lost in the post will not be credited, please obtain a certificate of posting. For high value returns, we recommend you obtain appropriate insurance cover.

Although we offer a No Quibble Guarantee, we would kindly ask that you try on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any scuffing to the soles. We hope you understand that for hygiene reasons, underwear and facemasks are non-returnable unless faulty.

Please note: we cannot accept the return or exchange of goods that have been altered (including pockets added, button thread changed, sleeves shortened), monogrammed, engraved or tapered. Nor can we accept the return or exchange of home or body fragrance items. Items can be returned or exchanged if faulty.

For replacement UK orders we require postal order or card number for £4.95 for carriage on replacement order.

COLLECT+

The Savile Row Company are part of the Collect+ network. This means you can return items free of charge to one of the 3,500 shops they operate in. Each return is fully tracked and compensation cover is included. Every order will include a Collect+ returns label but if you’d like more information, please visit the Yodel website.

Exchanges

We cannot accept the exchange of home or body fragrance items, as well as goods that have been altered, monogrammed, engraved or tapered. Items can, however, be exchanged if faulty.

If you wish to exchange an item, this can be done via the form found inside your parcel. If you have misplaced the form — or it is missing — you can request a new one by contacting [email protected]. Simply mark the item you wish to exchange and include your reason(s) why.

When exchanging an item, we credit the original purchase to your account and treat the ‘exchanged’ item(s) as a new purchase. Postage charges for exchange orders are in line with your original order.
