• When you checkout (on the payment page) you’ll be asked to enter a code for each gift voucher you wish to use. This can be found in the email you received. (please note you cannot enter the gift voucher code in the discount code section)

• For multiple gift vouchers, enter one set of codes at a time.

• After entering the gift vouchers codes, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift voucher(s).

• If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit / credit card PayPal or Amazon payment in the usual way.

• If the total order value is less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will remain on your account and can be applied to future purchases, provided that the voucher has not expired.

• If you wish to use your remaining gift voucher balance at a later date, keep hold of your gift voucher email. You can also save the balance in your Savile Row account online (if you have one – it is not available on guest checkouts). Please note that the voucher expires after 2 years from date of purchase.

• You are able to use a discount code and gift card on the same order.

• Please note that gift vouchers may not be purchased over the phone or redeemed over the phone.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed in the currency they were bought in.

Refunds will always be credited to the original payment method – if you used a voucher as payment, you will be refunded to the same gift voucher number.

Gift vouchers cannot be purchased in the same order as physical items – they will need to be processed as a separate order. You may however buy more than one gift voucher in varying amounts in the same order.

No, you can’t exchange gift vouchers for cash. Any refunds requested will go back onto the original voucher.

• Where goods you have purchased with a voucher are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to a gift voucher.

• We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

• We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so

• If you save a gift voucher in your customer account, it cannot be used with another account or guest checkout.

• If you return part of an order where a gift voucher was used as part payment, we will refund the payment card first and any remaining balance will be returned to the gift voucher.
