UK Orders
Stock permitting, United Kingdom standard orders will be delivered within three working days. If alterations are to be made, please allow four working days. Alongside this, we also offer a Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service, please allow for 1-2 working days for this. We also offer UK next working day delivery, however personalisation may have an impact on this timeframe.
We do our best to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, but please be aware that our factory is closed at the weekends. During very busy periods or bank holidays, your order may take a little longer.
International Orders
All International orders may be subject to customs duty charges. The customer is responsible for paying this. Your local delivery carrier or Customs office will contact you with details of this charge and how to pay.
We do our best to ensure that international orders arrive within 7-10 working days (depending on destination) from dispatch. We are experiencing some delays for international orders due to lack of availability of flights. Please allow an extra day if a garment requires monogramming or alteration.
International online fraud is a concern for us and our customers. As such, all orders are security checked.

Exceptions
Our goods normally arrive within the specified delivery time frame, however from time to time problems may occur. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer services department on +44 (0) 28 7939 5005 between 9am-4:30pm GMT Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can email service@savile-row.co.uk and we will investigate any problems as soon as possible.
