Gift vouchers FAQs

MULTIPLE CURRENCIES

Gift vouchers must be redeemed in the currency they were bought in.

RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE WITH A GIFT VOUCHER

Refunds will always be credited to the original payment method – if you used a voucher as payment, you will be refunded to the same gift voucher number.

Please note that if you receive a refund, it will not change the original expiry date of the Gift Voucher.

In line with our standard refund policy, we will not refund the cost of personalisation or shipping.

GIFT VOUCHER EXCLUSIONS

Gift Vouchers may not be purchased with a discount. (You can use a discount code when redeeming them).

One cannot use a gift voucher to purchase another gift voucher

Gift vouchers cannot be purchased in the same order as physical items – they will need to be processed as a separate order. You may however buy more than one gift voucher in varying amounts in the same order.

Gift vouchers can be purchased online and not over the phone.

Help with my gift voucher(s)

MY GIFT VOUCHER ISN’T BEING ACCEPTED. WHAT DO I DO?

If you find that your voucher is not accepted at checkout, check the serial number you've entered and try again. If you continue to experience any further difficulties, call our Customer services team on 02879 395 000. Please note it needs to be entered on the payment page and not in the discount code field.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GIFT VOUCHERS FOR CASH?

No, you can’t exchange gift vouchers for cash. Any refunds requested will go back onto the original voucher.

WILL MY GIFT VOUCHER EXPIRE?

You have two years to use your gift voucher. See full terms and conditions.

CAN I ORDER A GIFT VOUCHER OVER THE PHONE

Please note that gift vouchers may not be purchased or redeemed over the phone.
