Important COVID-19 update

We’re temporarily closing to keep our staff safe

As the world continues to navigate through the impact of COVID-19, we want to assure you that the health of our team and customers is of utmost importance.

As a result, we have decided to temporarily stop all trading via, which will include the closure of our warehouse. This means, effective from Tuesday 24 March, we will no longer be accepting new orders and no further deliveries will be made. We believe this is a necessary step to ensure all members of staff are able to adhere to the government’s recent advice.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and will communicate any new changes accordingly. We aim to be back up and running as soon as possible, but in the meantime please feel free to browse our collection and take a look at our 'discover' page for inspiration and top tips.

What does this mean for my order?

All orders made after Tuesday 24 March will be void. Those made before this date will be processed and delivered.

Does this affect the returns policy?

Regrettably, during the time our warehouse and head office is closed, we will be unable to accept returns or process refunds. As a result, we will add the period we are closed to your statutory rights and to our 90-day guarantee. This means no customer will be penalised and you will be able to make returns as normal once business resumes.
