Although Britain has left the EU, our distribution centre is in based in Northern Ireland (i.e. in the single market), so no duty or VAT is applicable to items sent to the EU as it is included in the price. Items sent from Northern Ireland to the EU do not require customs declarations and customs authorities have been advised that items with a return address in Northern Ireland are not to be charged VAT and duties. You will see our return address printed beside your address on the package label.

The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. If this isn’t the case, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
