Although Britain has left the EU, our distribution centre is in based in Northern Ireland (i.e. in the single market), so no duty or VAT is applicable to items sent to the EU as it is included in the price. Items sent from Northern Ireland to the EU do not require customs declarations and customs authorities have been advised that items with a return address in Northern Ireland are not to be charged VAT and duties. You will see our return address printed beside your address on the package label.
The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. If this isn’t the case, please contact us and we will investigate for you. While carriers are still adapting to the new regulations, we anticipate some small delays but are monitoring things closely. For the most up to date information, please visit our Delivery page.
Our returns process has not changed and you will still be able to return your order to us following the instructions that came with your parcel.
